7 Days:
"Seven Extreme Days"
By Jack Thompson
Okay, Let's get the boring part over and done with. Welcome to the first of many 7 days which is OzWWE's
newest weekly blog set to be posted every Sunday Morning....
The ECW Premiere + RAW's TLC Attack + SmackDown's Contract Signing = 1 hell of a week, Add The Kurt Angle
Release and Trish Stratus Bombshell and you have got seven extreme days.
I'll start with RAW. When Shane McMahon came out I was pretty sure it would be another DX joke segement
however when Edge's music hit I realised it ws about the WWE Championship. Once the deal was made it would obvious to me that
the match would take place at Unforgiven (in Edge's hometown). However, I never thought of TLC until the brutal attack at
the hands of the champion. Well, once he had the ladder and chair you knew it was something to do with their match. You then
knew it would be a weapons match but I never suspected it to be Tables, Ladder and Chairs. But I really don't get the name.
Why not just make it a ladder match and be done with it. Same Rules, Same goal and same weapons. SAME MATCH!
Also on RAW, D-Generation X was all over then-United States Champion: Finlay, Sir William Regal and Mr.
Kennedy... That's Kennedy (good commentating JR). But when the extreme giant: The Big Show showed up I knew all hell was about
to break lose. But who would have thoughts Mr. McMahon would show up. MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Then we go to SmackDown, Contract Signing was alright but I'm dissapointed that The Undertaker has once
again dissapeared which I only noticed when OzWWE posted their HOT and NOT results on the homepage. However, I love the Rey/Vickie
and Chavo stroy. It keeps Eddie's name in it and that is good enough for me. I like to see a BI**H (Vickie Guerrero) on
the TV.
Over to ECW. The Extreme Premiere. Anyone think it's just McMahon/employee rivalries all over again. Paul
Haymen has a few on his side and has some rebels as his opponenets. Seams familiour.
I hate those 5 seconds promos with Dupree, Shanon Mooore and others though.
FAST FACT: ECW is filmed before the Television taping of SmackDown in the same arena. That's why ECW people
come out a smaller entrance in the crowd.
Catch you next week plus stay tuned to OzWWE for my news reports if and when news breaks.
